We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased through our website or other sales channels. All sales are final.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed for shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, we take full responsibility for delivering your order accurately and in good condition.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number.
  • We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Custom Orders

Custom-cut or special-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
